Purchasing merchandise from Roxanna Zamani is available only to individuals and others who meet the terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to us. By making an offer to purchase our products you are giving permission for us to perform credit checks. Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. SECTION 4 - PRICING POLICY

All prices are in, and processed in New Zealand dollars (NZD)

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in currency, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. We are not liable for any difference between the Estimated Price quoted on the site and the actual Price charged to you for the Goods as determined by the conversion rate used by your credit card provider or Paypal.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All products on this website are subject to limited quantities. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Roxanna Zamani will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of Roxanna Zamani. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

SECTION 6 - FAULTY GOODS

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
