As a New Zealand brand based in the coastal town of Invercargill, the ocean is our home. We are so grateful to call this part of the world home.

Surrounded by the wild sea and mighty mountains, where we see everyday the blessing it is to be a custodian of this land. We are driven to be better and make better choices that not only impact the landscape before us, but the people in it.

Being New Zealand made helps us keep our footprint small, inject back into our local economy where we partner with and support local manufacturing.

Abiding by the beauty of craftsmanship we manufacture with the highest of standards in mind, by hand. We bring a fusion of couture detailing to everyday wear, so that we are able to create a garment that will last a lifetime.

Mindful steps, it is our responsibility to strive for change. To create a better world, be better people, help those that need it and empower others to do the same.

We are constantly working toward reducing waste. Upcycling and using deadstock that would otherwise end up in landfill. Thoughtful alternatives and use of recycled materials and biodegradable options where possible.

We try and keep our footprint as close to home as possible. Our knitwear is produced in Invercargill by our knitter extraordinaire Judith, using locally sourced wool. A portion of the collection is made in Auckland by a female owned business and our artisanal and bespoke pieces are produced in house.

+ Community

Celebrating women, and everyone who feels like it. We aim to nurture and gather a sisterhood within all aspects of our brand, because you are the reason why we get to do what we love!

We love the small community of artisans here in Southland and our aim is to continue to build and support the people in our community. We have been humbled by the support and talent in our own backyard.

+ Our Land

We are privileged to be here and to be entrusted with the land we call home. Nature is at the core of our brand, we are so lucky to have mountains, the sea and all in between at our fingertips.

Through our use of materials, we aim to nurture and make choices that create the least amount of harm. We are a work in progress and we hope that we are able to keep moving towards creative solutions in all areas of our business. But we have made a start! Progress not perfection, is a motto we use a lot around here.

We donate fabric scraps to local kindergartens and reuse where possible, provide packaging that is biodegradable, home compostable and our ribbon can be used in your hair or gifted onto another parcel a la Nanna vibes (we won’t tell)

We make it our mission to treat our land with respect, nourish it and give back. So I implore you to take a deep breath with us and extend our gratefulness to the beauty that lies around us.
